Home Loans

30-Year Adjustable Rate
The interest rate is generally lower than a fixed rate loan and is fixed for the first 2 years or 5 years with annual adjustments thereafter. This loan is great for first time home buyers or those who wish to refinance every few years.

5 or 10-Year Fixed Rates
These loans have a fixed interest rate that will not change for the life of the loan.

Doublewides

25-Year Adjustable Rate
The interest rate is generally lower than a fixed rate loan and is fixed for the first 5 years with annual adjustments thereafter.


Commercial Loans

15-Year Fixed Rate
This loan offers 65% financing on most commercial properties at a fixed rate.

Construction Loans

These loans allow individuals the ability to build their home. Have comfort in knowing when construction is complete, the loan will be converted to a permanent loan.

We provide the following financing for construction loans:
65% financing for commercial, multifamily, and other non-residential buildings.
80% financing for one-to-four family residential.

Land Loans

15-Year Adjustable (Residential only)
Suitable for residential development, this loan offers financing up to $200,000 or the lesser of 65% of the purchase price or appraised value. The interest rate is fixed for the first 5 years and adjusts annually thereafter.


We also offer up to 100% financing on USDA, FHA, VA, and Conventional loans. 


Certificate of Deposit Loans
